Our technicians work on a 100% flat-rate commission, aligning everyone’s success with shop performance and earning potential.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor (preferred)
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Thorough understanding of estimates, repair orders, and warranty procedures
• Ability to explain technical repairs in clear, customer-friendly terms
• High level of accountability, urgency, and professionalism
• Passion for the automotive industry and delivering quality service

What We Provide

• Competitive, performance-driven compensation (100% commission) $60,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience and results)
