How do we do this? Thats simple too: We pay the best techs the best rate around! We make sure you have plenty of broken cars to fix. We don't work weekends so you can spend time with your family. We have efficient processes so you can crank out hours. We pay for Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace course so you can get your finances in order. We pay for training so you can keep getting better and get paid more!

Here's what we offer:

-A level techs: $40-55/hr flatrate

-B level techs: $30-40/hr flatrate

-A bonus of $2/hr after 50 billed hours a week and $5/hr after 60 billed hours

-We cover 75% of your healthcare cost

-We have cars, you will stay busy, you will turn hours

-M-F schedule f working weekends

We'll give you some diag and pre-sold work. This is what you'll get out of it: You get to see how efficient we are. You get the opportunity to talk to the team and get the TRUTH. You'll see the culture. You'll see that I'm not full of it.

What do I get? (remember, this is a two way street) I get to see your skills. I get to see your personality. The team will let me know if you'll fit in with our rockstar team.

If either of us are unhappy, we shake hands and part ways. You still have your current job. You didn't have to move your box. If we're happy, you join our team and we grow together.
