Training for all employees is mandatory so that we can build a team of A-players. We do not hire lube or C techs so that our advisors have 100% confidence in what they're selling. Technicans are also 100% commission (flatrate) so that EVERYONE can make a LOT of money while providing THE BEST customer services.

What You Bring:

Proven success as an automotive service advisor (2+ years preferred)

Strong customer service and sales skills

Knowledge of repair order process, estimates, and warranty policies

Ability to translate “car speak” into plain English for customers

A sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism

A passion for cars, people, and doing the job right
